OUR story

The plain truth is this: our kids struggled with dyslexia, too.

In 2014, we saw a huge—and growing—need in the greater Austin community for a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with dyslexia.


OUR Mission

To provide education, services, and support for individuals with dyslexia and related learning differences, and for the community invested in empowering them to thrive.

We unlock potential in the children we serve and educators we train by providing:

  • Multimodal, structured language training for teachers and therapists to provide dyslexia intervention

  • Comprehensive, reduced-cost evaluations for dyslexia and other learning differences

  • Free dyslexia therapy for students in underserved circumstances

  • Dyslexia awareness through resources, referrals, and outreach opportunities to the central Texas community
